By joining us, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally within a dynamic and collaborative environment where we value innovation and professional growth. * Location: Ocoyoapark Industrial Park What Makes You a Great Candidate * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. * Experience: 1–2 years of experience in similar roles * ERP system proficiency (Odoo preferred) * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills * Experience with tenders (preferred) Responsibilities: * Monitor daily or weekly operational progress of each project * Update project schedules, control dashboards, and critical paths * Consolidate key project information including budgets, progress updates, deliveries, evidence, and invoicing * Verify deliverables meet technical specifications and contractual regulatory requirements * Track tenders and contracts for each awarded project Soft Skills: * Advanced negotiation * Analytical thinking * Organization, monitoring, and control of multiple variables * Data-driven decision making * Working under pressure * Accountability and results orientation * Effective communication Benefits * Monthly salary: $14,000.00 to $16,000.00 * Work schedule: Monday to Friday * Statutory benefits from Day 1 * Indefinite-term employment contract * Variable quarterly performance bonus * Additional vacation days * Continuous training and professional development opportunities.
