The person in this position will be responsible for ensuring the execution of high-impact projects while guaranteeing quality and alignment with the defined business strategy. We seek someone capable of leading multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments, acting as a strategic partner to senior management, and ensuring that every deliverable generates tangible value for the institution using agile methodologies. **Key Challenges of the Role** The main challenge of this position is to ensure alignment and synchronization among multiple Scrum teams, support areas, and *shapers* within an agile framework—delivering business commitments with the expected quality and within agreed timelines in a highly complex operational environment. **Main Responsibilities** * **Agile Portfolio Management:** Prioritize and manage project launches based on KPIs and the corresponding Value Stream’s value proposition. * **Effective Execution:** Monitor the backlog of assigned projects, ensuring delivery scope, quality, and committed deadlines are met. * **Team Leadership:** Guide multidisciplinary teams, maintaining an effective, motivating, and empowering execution environment. * **Agile Methodology Implementation:** Ensure strict adherence to the methodology and its ceremonies (Dailies, Retrospectives, etc.) across all involved teams. * **Executive Reporting:** Prepare high-level presentations for steering committees, translating technical progress into business indicators (KPIs). * **Strategic Partnership:** Act as a facilitator between senior management and operational areas to remove impediments. * **Business Intelligence:** Analyze sales and operational data to propose enhancements to the value proposition and identify market opportunities. * **Quality Control:** Validate that deliverables meet business standards prior to launch. **Requirements** **Knowledge and Experience** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in administrative, engineering, or related fields.
