Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Process Engineer to optimize processes, implement continuous improvements, and develop flowcharts to ensure efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Optimization of existing processes to improve efficiency. 2. Implementation of continuous improvement tools and techniques. 3. Interdepartmental collaboration to identify improvement opportunities. ### **100% Mexican company dedicated to the importation and distribution of novelty items such as stationery, cosmetics, decorations, and more** * **We are looking for:** Retail Process Engineer with experience in process mapping for roles including (sales floor staff, cashiers, warehouse personnel, drivers, store managers, and administrative positions) **We are currently seeking a Retail Process Engineer to join our team.** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We specialize in distributing high-quality products and continuously strive to enhance our processes to deliver exceptional service to our customers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field * Demonstrable experience in process analysis and continuous improvement (prior work experience in importation, distribution, and retail companies is mandatory) * Solid knowledge of flowcharting for processes in (retail, distribution centers [CEDIS], and administrative roles) * Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency. * Implement continuous improvement tools and techniques. * Develop and maintain flowcharts to map and document processes across the company’s 8 branches. * Ensure compliance with quality standards across all processes. * Collaborate with other departments to identify improvement opportunities and resolve issues. * Visit the distribution center (CEDIS) to conduct process assessments; it is located very close to Metro Cuitláhuac (Blue Line), as well as visit branches and offices (all located in the historic city center of CDMX; we also have 2 branches in Puebla). ### **We Offer:** ### **Net Monthly Salary: $20,000.00 / bi-weekly payment / BBVA payroll** ### **Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** If you are looking for an exciting challenge and wish to join a team that values innovation and continuous improvement, apply through this channel and attach your updated CV. ### **Candidates with profiles other than process engineering will not be considered.**
