




Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Supervisor to manage transportation, cold chain, inventory, and sample traceability in a reference laboratory. Key Highlights: 1. We are a reference laboratory that provides reliable, confidential, and timely clinical laboratory analysis services through advanced technology and internal quality controls, enabling us to support clinical diagnosis for patients—serving any public or private healthcare entity. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Logistics Supervisor to join our team. Main Responsibilities: * Transportation and Courier Management: Supervise messenger/driver routes for sample collection and supply delivery, ensuring time optimization and on-time delivery. * Cold Chain Control: Ensure samples are transported under appropriate thermal conditions (or required temperature) to prevent degradation. * Inventory Management (Supplies): Monitor stock levels of reagents, sample collection tubes, wound care materials, and personal protective equipment, preventing shortages or expirations. * Traceability and Sampling: Supervise proper sample receipt, registration, and labeling to ensure full traceability and manage operational workflow. * Personnel Supervision: Coordinate logistics teams, couriers, and laboratory assistants—including scheduling and performance evaluation. * Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure staff comply with biosafety standards, hazardous biological waste (RPBI) handling protocols, and health regulations. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemical-Pharmaceutical Biology (QFB), or related field. * Experience: 1–3 years in logistics supervision roles, preferably within the healthcare sector, clinical laboratories, or pharmaceutical companies. * Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in inventory management systems (ERP) and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel). * Knowledge of safety standards and biological material handling. * Experience using routing or GPS tools.
