Identify continuous improvement opportunities in logistical processes **Operations Planner** **Location:** Litos Lerma **Department:** Operations / Logistics **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Objective** Ensure proper logistical operation planning and coordination through demand analysis, resource optimization, and KPI monitoring, guaranteeing optimal service levels, inventory, and costs. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop short-, medium-, and long-term operational plans. * Conduct demand and operational capacity planning. * Analyze and track **logistical KPIs** (On-Time In-Full, fill rate, inventory turnover, service level, logistical costs, etc.). * Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and customer service departments to ensure plan execution. * Manage and update information in **ERP, WMS, and TMS** systems. * Develop executive reports and performance dashboards. * Identify continuous improvement opportunities in logistical processes. * Analyze historical data to propose inventory and distribution optimization strategies. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree or current candidate in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience as an Operations Planner or Logistics Planner**. * Solid knowledge of: * Logistical and demand planning * Logistical KPIs * Inventory control and optimization * Distribution and transportation processes * System proficiency: * ERP * WMS * TMS * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, data analysis, dashboards). * Desired familiarity with visualization tools (Power BI or similar). **Key Competencies** * Strong analytical ability * Planning and organization * Data-driven decision making * Results-oriented mindset * Effective communication * Collaborative teamwork Interested candidates may apply via this channel or send a message to 56\.21\.7\.4\.3\.1\.2\.2 to Lic.
