Opportunities for learning, mobility, and professional growth **Date:** May 13, 2026 **Location:** Mexico City, Mexico **Company:** deloittemx **What does a typical day in this role look like?** As an Internal Audit Assistant at Deloitte, you will be responsible for executing and reviewing compliance with policies, plans, programs, and control measures to strengthen management; planning, executing, supervising, and developing audit programs; performing, preparing, and executing internal control tests in accordance with the COSO framework; preparing risk matrices (based on processes and sub-processes); and preparing findings reports. You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment alongside people from diverse cultures, perspectives, specialties, and knowledge backgrounds. We are motivated by making a meaningful impact in everything we do. **What qualifications are required to apply?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in internal audit, including process walkthroughs, identification and execution of control tests, risk matrices, process mapping, process improvement, internal controls, development of policies and procedures, knowledge of COSO, and risk management. * Intermediate/advanced English (conversational) * Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel), Visio, ACL or Power BI.
