




At the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Los Cabos hotel, we are seeking a **Front Desk Agent** with a service-oriented attitude, excellent guest interaction skills, and strong communication abilities. You will be our guests’ first impression and a key point of contact to deliver a memorable experience from arrival through departure. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome guests and visitors warmly and professionally. * Efficiently and accurately process check-in and check-out procedures. * Answer phone calls, emails, and information requests. * Provide information regarding hotel services, rates, activities, and policies. * Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or issues, ensuring their satisfaction. * Maintain up-to-date reservation records and system entries. * Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles (hotel experience preferred). * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical/professional degree in related fields. * Basic computer and property management system (PMS) skills (e.g., Opera, PMS, or similar—preferred). * Intermediate English (preferred). * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training. * Career growth opportunities within the company. * An excellent work environment at a solid, employee-focused organization.
