Job Summary: We are seeking an Automatic Octopus Machine Operator with high-volume production experience to ensure efficiency, quality, and achievement of daily targets in a garment factory. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience operating automatic octopus machines (MYR brand preferred) 2. Minimum 2–3 years in garment manufacturing and high-volume production 3. Job stability and a positive work environment Job Objective Operate an automatic octopus machine (MYR brand) within a garment factory, ensuring efficient production, consistent quality, and achievement of daily printing targets. We seek a technically skilled candidate with hands-on high-volume production experience. Responsibilities * Mounting and registration of frames on the automatic machine * Adjustment of printing parameters (speed, pressure, stroke) * Preparation and control of inks * Supervision of production during print runs * Continuous quality control * Coordination with machine assistants * Daily production reporting Job Targets * Production of 2,500 garments per shift * Waste rate below 3% * Adherence to the daily production schedule * Zero registration failures Requirements * Proven experience operating automatic octopus machines (MYR brand preferred) * Minimum 2–3 years in garment manufacturing * Experience in high-volume production * Knowledge of frame registration and fine-tuning of the machine * Responsible and productivity-focused * Ability to work under pressure We Offer * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation bonus, INFONAVIT) * Timely salary payments * Job stability * Positive work environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: $6,378.41 – $16,420.02 per month Work Location: On-site employment
