The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and supervising our radio communication systems, ensuring efficient and effective transmission. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate radio transmission and reception equipment. * Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment. * Monitor all radio communications and record activities. * Monitor security systems, alarms, and surveillance cameras. * Supervise computer networks and technological systems. * Monitor GPS and real-time communication systems with drivers. * Transmit messages and instructions clearly and accurately. * Coordinate communications among different units or departments. * Provide critical support during emergencies, facilitating coordination and rapid response. * Maintain detailed records of all transmissions and communications. * Maintain detailed records of any unusual activity or incident. * Prepare periodic reports on monitored activities. * Supervise vehicle fleet movements, ensuring compliance with routes and schedules. * Strictly adhere to established communication protocols and procedures. * Participate in training and refresher programs on radio equipment usage and communication procedures. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior experience in a similar position is desirable. * Knowledge of radio and display equipment operation and maintenance. * Excellent verbal communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
