Position Summary: We are seeking an analytical, organized, and customer-service-oriented IMSS Specialist to manage social security procedures and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications with the IMSS. 2. Advanced handling of IMSS/INFONAVIT platforms and key procedures. 3. Analysis of employer-employee contribution quotas and their impact on contributions. * **IMSS SPECIALIST.** We are currently recruiting for the position of IMSS Specialist — an **analytical, organized, and customer-service-oriented individual**, to join our team on a **full-time, in-person basis**. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, in-person. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (degree preferred). **Functions and responsibilities:** * Management of **employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications**. * Handling of **ST7 and ST3**, and analysis of their impact on social security contributions and incidents. * **Calculation of employer-employee contribution quotas**. * Use and management of **IDSE, SIPARE, and SUA**. * Support and follow-up via **IMSS mailbox, IMSS portal, Virtual Desktop, and INFONAVIT**. * Procedures with **IMSS/INFONAVIT**: employer registrations and modifications, clarifications, among others. * Experience with **ICSOE and SISUB / REPSE** procedures and management. **Required knowledge:** * **IDSE**, **IMSS**, **Virtual Desktop**, **INFONAVIT**, and **FONACOT** portals. * **SUA** (Single Self-Determination System). * Intermediate/advanced **Excel** proficiency. **We offer:** * **Life insurance.** * **Statutory benefits.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * IMSS: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
