Description **We are seeking a Payroll Specialist Accountant.** Responsibilities: Reconciliations between payroll processes and government systems (IMSS, SAT). Filings with IMSS and INFONAVIT, as well as management of procedures with FONACOT. Support in controlling and validating information related to employee payments. Review and reconcile accounting records linked to compensation and benefits. Prepare financial and administrative reports related to personnel costs. Validate incidents and variations impacting payroll processes. Coordinate with Accounting and Human Resources departments to ensure accurate integration of information. Maintain up-to-date documentation and internal controls for the department. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; degree must be conferred. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or administrative processes related to personnel. Knowledge of reconciliations, financial reporting, and administrative control. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling information.
