We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where professional development and personal growth are fundamental pillars. **We are looking for a Payroll Analyst** **Location:** Las Américas, Naucalpan **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording, reviewing, and calculating payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, vacations, overtime) * Supporting the calculation and preparation of the **biweekly payroll.** * Generating CFDI payroll receipts and stamping * IMSS employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications * Supporting the calculation of severance payments, final settlements, and vacation bonuses * Managing and archiving employment documentation **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields * Minimum experience: 1 year in payroll processes (preferably in companies with more than 100 employees) * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, and LISR * Proficiency in Intelisis and Excel (mandatory) * Attention to detail, confidentiality, and sense of urgency **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits from day one * Job stability * Opportunity for development and learning * Excellent work environment **Do you meet the profile and are you interested?** Apply through this channel **We would love to meet you!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
