We seek a **Payroll Leader** with consulting experience, capable of coordinating work teams and ensuring accurate payroll operations for diverse clients. Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the payroll team * Ensure compliance with processes and delivery timelines (SLAs) * Validate payroll and tax calculations * Supervise employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS * Coordinate client support * Monitor KPIs and team performance * Generate reports and propose process improvements Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree (Accounting or related field) * **5 to 8 years of payroll experience** * Experience leading teams * Proficiency in Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax (ISR), IMSS, and Infonavit * Experience in consulting firms or accounting practices (highly valued) * Analytical, organized profile with leadership skills We Offer * Monthly salary of **$22,000 to $25,000 net** * Statutory benefits from day one * Major medical expense insurance * Career growth plan Interested candidates, please apply through this channel.
