Acheme invites you to join its Payroll team as an **Implant**, where you can develop your talent and specialize in employee support and payroll management for large-scale workforces. ### **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * **Experience (1–3 years):** Payroll processing (weekly, biweekly, and monthly), workforce administration and employee support, mass hiring, management of HC of 300 employees, labor terminations, payroll receipt delivery, incident control, commissions, and tax applications (3% and 4% withholdings) ### **Technical Knowledge** * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments * Settlements, severance payments, Christmas bonuses (aguinaldo), and profit-sharing (PTU) * IMSS, Infonavit, and employer obligations management * Compliance opinions and Tax Status Certificates * Platforms: IDSE, SIPARE, IMSS Digital * Control of medical leaves, permissions, and attendance * Employee support (contracts, terminations, payroll receipts) * Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables, databases) * CONTPAQi Payroll (desirable) * Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado) ### **We Offer** Base salary: **$15,000 per month** Statutory benefits Punctuality bonus Continuous training Opportunity for career growth and job stability Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. WORK LOCATION: MB Dr. Gálvez If you meet the profile and seek growth in the payroll area, apply through this channel by updating your contact information, or send your CV to 5591646492
