Key Requirements: \- Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or Accounting) \- Essential experience in payroll processes (minimum 2 years). \- Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax (ISR), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), Unified Payroll System (SUA), Integrated Digital Salary Statement (IDSE), Occupational Risk Premium Declaration, and State of Mexico Payroll Tax. \- Advanced Excel skills \- Knowledge of CONTPAQi (preferred) Main Responsibilities: \- Management of the full payroll process \- Coordination with department heads and managers for incident validation. \- Follow-up on employee onboarding processes.
