




Quinio is a Mexican startup focused on acquiring and scaling e-commerce brands across Latin America and the United States. We are seeking: Human Resources Analyst Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in operational recruitment * Basic knowledge of personnel administration (hiring, termination, incidents, leaves of absence) * Intermediate Excel skills Responsibilities: * Execute end-to-end operational recruitment processes: job posting, phone screening, interviews, test administration, reference checks, and follow-up * Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to fill field or retail positions * Monitor time-to-fill metrics and maintain candidate database * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel incidents in coordination with payroll * Compile and update personnel files * Provide administrative and HR-related support to employees and managers * Assist with general HR activities such as onboarding, internal communications, and workplace climate initiatives We offer: * Direct employment via payroll * Statutory benefits * Hybrid work model Position type: Full-time Salary: $16,012.98 – $20,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
