Recording of journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT – SANTA FE** A prominent retail-sector company is seeking an **Accounting Assistant** with experience in general accounting. **Location:** Santa Fe (Paseo de la Reforma, Contadero neighborhood, Cuajimalpa borough, CDMX) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Salary:** $15,000 monthly \+ statutory benefits **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field (graduated or intern) * Minimum 2 years’ experience in general accounting * Experience in the retail sector (mandatory) * Mandatory proficiency in **CONTPAQi** * Solid knowledge of current tax regulations **Main Responsibilities:** * Recording of journal entries (revenues, expenses, and daily entries) * Bank reconciliations * Payroll calculation * Preparation and stamping of invoices * Expense control and recording * Calculation of provisional tax payments (ISR, IVA) * Filing of monthly and annual tax returns * Preparation of financial statements * Accounting\-tax reconciliation * Management of electronic accounting * Review of CFDI tax compliance requirements **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Organization * Numerical analysis * Meeting deadlines If you meet this profile and seek job stability with a solid company, apply through this channel.
