RESPONSIBILITIES • Customer service and advisory: Point-of-sale management and ensuring a purchasing experience, requiring skills such as communication, service orientation, persuasion, organization, and basic mathematical and POS system knowledge to advise on products, process sales, and maintain an attractive, orderly environment, thereby fostering customer loyalty. • Merchandise management. • Store maintenance: maintaining order and cleanliness in the store. • Inventory control. • Accurate processing of product payments and returns, handling cash and POS systems. • Visual merchandising: collaborating in organizing and attractively displaying merchandise on shelves and counters (mannequins).
