




Objective: Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs, ensuring that employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Responsibilities: * Onboarding new employees * Identifying training needs * Developing training and development plans * Selecting training providers * Selecting training methods or activities * Promoting open enrollment trainings * Coordinating and managing logistics for training programs * Evaluating outcomes * Collecting feedback and opinions from trainers and participants * Analyzing and recommending new training methodologies, such as the use of gamified resources * Establishing and updating the CMCAP (Corporate Training and Development Management System) * Completing DC-1 and DC-2 forms * Obtaining DC-4 form * Managing the SIRCE platform * Reviewing providers’ registration with the Labor Inspectorate (PC) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS) * Digitizing information * Preparing training reports * Monitoring employee onboarding * Collaborating closely with other departments and senior management to ensure effective training planning * Managing contract validity periods and renewals * Managing performance evaluations * Updating databases * Issuing corporate identification cards for employees * Conducting exit interviews * Preparing the monthly census * Supporting activities and events Position Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $19,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Complimentary beverages * Opportunity for an indefinite-term employment contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
