Due to expansion, we are seeking: Customer Service Telephone Operator Requirements: Completed high school education. Experience in customer service (not sales, not collections). Verifiable employment stability. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and online chat. Resolve questions and issues quickly and effectively. Provide clear and accurate information about products and services. Record and keep database information up to date. Collaborate with other departments to resolve special cases or escalate when necessary. Propose process improvements in customer service to optimize service.
