Position Summary: Support club members, manage membership enrollments, respond to inquiries, provide information, and assist with administrative tasks to promote club culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Direct attention and support to club members 2. Promotion of memberships and personal training packages 3. Member communication and administration management Attend to club members, assist with new member enrollment tasks, respond to public inquiries, provide information about memberships and customized personal training packages, and support unit administrative activities. **Specific Duties and Authority** * Promote and sell memberships in accordance with brand-established procedures. * Promote the sale of personal training packages. * Promote club culture. * Handle membership transfers and cancellations. * Operate the switchboard, making and receiving telephone calls. * Send notifications and/or announcements via email. * Properly collect membership fees and maintenance dues. * Implement club culture activities and strategies.
