Position Summary: Coordinate and ensure inspection of in-process and finished products, guaranteeing compliance with quality and food safety specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the implementation and improvement of the Integrated Quality Management System. 2. Supervise raw material and finished product inspections. 3. Promote continuous improvement within the management system. Coordinate and ensure inspection of in-process and finished products, guaranteeing compliance with quality and food safety specifications, as well as leading the implementation and improvement of the Integrated Quality Management and Food Safety System. Main Responsibilities * Supervise inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished products. * Manage and track non-conformities (rejection, release, and reconsideration). * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and prerequisite programs. * Participate in internal and external audits (HACCP, FSSC 22000, NOM-251). * Prepare quality certificates and reports (pH, chlorine, deviations, monthly indicators). * Supervise plant cleaning, pest control, and general plant conditions. * Train operational staff on quality and food safety topics. * Monitor production processes (dry and wet), packaging, loading, and unloading. * Halt processes in case of food safety risk. * Promote continuous improvement within the management system **Education:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in a similar position within the food industry. **Essential Knowledge:** * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * HACCP * NOM-251 * FSSC 22000 * Food Microbiology * Prerequisite Programs * Food Labeling Regulations We Offer * KPI Bonuses * Savings Fund * Option for an Indefinite-Term Contract * Paid Leave Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $13,500.00 per month Benefits: * Savings Fund * Option for an Indefinite-Term Contract * Free Uniforms Workplace: On-site Employment
