**TRANSPORTATION MONITOR** **Company:** VELBUS DEL ORIENTE We are seeking a responsible **Transportation Monitor** to supervise cargo vehicles in real time using GPS systems and monitoring platforms, ensuring route adherence, on-time deliveries, and compliance with safety protocols. The goal is to minimize operational risks and ensure an efficient and reliable service. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor transportation vehicles in real time. * Verify adherence to established routes, authorized stops, and delivery times. * Detect and report route deviations, unauthorized stops, or incidents. * Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers. * Activate security protocols in case of theft, accidents, or any emergency. * Record relevant events in logs and internal systems. * Coordinate with traffic, security, and customer service departments. * Prepare tracking, incident, and performance reports. * Provide support for logistical route scheduling when necessary. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Proficiency in GPS systems and monitoring platforms. * Familiarity with highway routes. * Knowledge of transportation safety protocols. * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level). * Communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma (minimum). * Experience: 2 years in transportation monitoring or logistics. * Age: 20 to 45 years old. * Knowledge of: GPS, monitoring, logistics operations, digital platforms, customer service, and transportation.
