We invite you to join our team as a **Maintenance Coordinator** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in a similar position **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for ensuring optimal conditions for facilities and equipment * Develop and implement the annual maintenance program * Coordinate maintenance services: predictive, preventive, and corrective * Monitor and implement KPIs * Coordinate urgent repairs to minimize plant downtime * Supervise work performed by external providers * Evaluate performance and promote a culture of order, discipline, and safety **Mandatory Qualifications:** * Industrial equipment maintenance * Development of procedures, instructions, manuals, and maintenance plans * Production machinery and equipment * Ensuring proper operation of critical production machinery * Knowledge of STPS regulations * ISO standards compliance **Competencies:** · Process-oriented · Organized · Honest · Proactive Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
