Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Administrator to manage and track stock, assets, and ERP systems, with support duties in the warehouse and order preparation. Key Highlights: 1. In Mexico, we serve clients such as IBM, KYNDRYL, VITRO, INETUM, ACCIONA, and NTT DATA, among others. INVENTORY CONTROL - POLANCO Job Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inventory Administrator. - Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Job Responsibilities: - Inventory control, stock tracking and management. - Asset control - Updating the inventory system. - ERP system handling. - Assistance, if required, in loading and unloading goods. - Operation of hydraulic pallet trucks. - Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness. - Collaboration in order preparation. - General IT knowledge is desirable. - Equipment dispatches and receipts (delivery and receipt to local engineering teams). - Updating the inventory system. - Equipment receipt. - Shipment tracking.
