WE ARE HIRING A GARDENER BENEFITS EXCEEDING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: (GROCERY VOUCHERS, SAVINGS FUND, ON-SITE DINING FACILITY) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE REGULAR PLANT MAINTENANCE, PLANTING OF NEW SPECIES, LAWN MOWING, TREE PRUNING, AND PEST CONTROL. THIS PROFESSIONAL MUST ALSO POSSESS TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REGARDING THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF PLANTS. Desired Skills: * Responsibility * Attention to detail * Communication * Honesty * Punctuality * Consistency * Commitment Education: * Junior High School (Preferred) Requirements: * Basic knowledge of fertilization and pest control. * Proficiency in operating tools and machinery: brush cutter, hedge trimmer, motorized lawnmower, leaf blower, and hand tools (pruning shears, handsaw).
