**Job Description:** We are looking for: **Head of Financial Planning** Primary Purpose. Lead the company’s strategic financial planning, ensuring achievement of profitability, growth, and operational efficiency objectives through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and decision support in a dynamic fast-moving consumer goods environment. **Total Rewards:** Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering. * Preferred: Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or certification (CFA, FP&A). * 4–5 years of experience in finance, financial planning, or FP&A. * Prior experience in the **beverage, food, or fast-moving consumer goods industry** (highly preferred). * Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modeling. * Experience in financial valuations. * ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar). * Advanced Excel; Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools preferred. * Advanced English. Knowledge: * Financial accounting. * Financial and budgetary planning. * Industrial costing and variance analysis. * Financial modeling and scenario analysis. * Pricing, promotions, and profitability analysis. * CAPEX and financial evaluation of projects.
