A prestigious company specializing in **LUXURY SKINCARE RETAIL products for department stores** is seeking a **Marketing Events Planner.** **Updated** to current fashion, luxury, and high-end event creation trends. Team leadership responsibility for the design team, managing **2 direct reports**. Plans, implements, and oversees strategies to promote products or services, aiming to increase sales and strengthen brand positioning. **Plans, quotes, and executes events such as store anniversaries.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences or related field in Marketing and Special Events * Experience: 2 \- 3 years as an Events Planner, Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, or Marketing Lead. **Knowledge and Tools:** * Campaign management * Brand management * Strategy and planning * HubSpot and Brevo; analytics with Google Analytics 4; SEO with Ahrefs or SEMrush; social media management with Metricool or Hootsuite * Canva, Meta Business Suite * Publisher * Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) * Executive presentations * Marketing calendars * Quoting suppliers **We Offer:** * **Starting salary: From MXN 16,000** * Statutory benefits \+ additional benefits * **Payment: Biweekly** * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM** * **1-hour lunch break** * **Weekend availability (occasional, required for store anniversaries; compensated as overtime)** * Vacation entitlement starting from the first 6 months * **Life insurance** * Minor medical expense insurance * Discounts and benefits at various establishments If this position interests you, please apply through this channel, attaching your updated CV.
