Job Summary: Supervise night operations, provide guest service, and conduct daily revenue audits, ensuring transaction reconciliation in accordance with policies. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise the hotel's night operations, provide guest service during nighttime hours, and perform the daily revenue audit, ensuring accurate reconciliation of transactions conducted during the day per the hotel’s accounting and operational policies. Handle guest check-in and check-out during the night shift. Resolve guest requests, emergencies, or incidents during the night shift. Perform daily financial closing (revenue audit). Reconcile room accounts and other charges. Verify that all transactions are correctly recorded in the PMS. Prepare revenue, occupancy, and discrepancy reports. Conduct cash count and shift closing. Prepare documentation required by the accounting and management departments. Supervise that common areas remain orderly and fully functional. Comply with security and confidentiality protocols. If necessary, support other departmental activities as requested by the immediate supervisor. Education: Technical or university degree in Accounting, Hotel Administration, Tourism, or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year in hotel front office or similar administrative roles; prior experience as a night auditor is desirable. Knowledge: Proficiency in PMS, basic knowledge of accounting and revenue reconciliation, Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel preferred), cash handling, and banking terminals.
