




Job Summary: Coordinate, consolidate, and monitor Labor Relations activities and projects, driving continuous improvement and generating key reports to support decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and follow-up of Labor Relations projects. 2. Implementation of continuous improvements in processes. 3. Preparation of reports for decision-making. Consolidate the list of activities and projects of the Labor Relations department, actively participating in departmental meetings to track progress, communicate status, and propose improvements. Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of continuous improvement projects within the department by identifying process needs and opportunities to achieve optimizations, effectiveness, and efficiency. Prepare and consolidate labor indicator reports and presentations through analysis and interpretation of such indicators, to deliver concrete and relevant information supporting decision-making by the Labor Relations Directorate.
