A major freight transportation company is seeking a **Junior Lawyer** to work 20 minutes from Observatorio Terminal, located on **Constituyentes Avenue**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Mexican labor law. * Legal writing and analytical skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **1. Assistance in managing labor litigation** * Support in preparing labor case files. * Review and analysis of labor cases to determine legal strategies. * Responding to labor-related inquiries. * Collecting information from employees or departments to substantiate litigation. **2. Legal research** * Researching applicable laws, case law, and legal doctrine related to labor litigation. * Analyzing labor law reforms and their implications for the company. **3. Drafting legal documents** * Preparing employment contracts, administrative minutes, resignation letters, etc. * Drafting procedural documents under supervision (e.g., responses, motions, evidence submissions, direct and indirect amparo petitions). **4. Assistance in trials and legal proceedings** * Accompanying the company to hearings before Conciliation and Arbitration Boards or Labor Courts. * Monitoring procedures before labor authorities. **5. Regulatory compliance** * Supporting internal labor audits. * Verifying compliance with the Federal Labor Law, Official Mexican Standards (NOMs), and other applicable regulations. **6. Administrative and archival support** * Organizing labor case files. * Managing and tracking trial calendars, deadlines, and hearing dates. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
