We value open communication, innovative ideas, and collective growth. **What Will Be Your Mission?** \- Comprehensive payroll calculation and incident management (hires, terminations, variable components). \- Payroll CFDI stamping and validation. \- Calculation of income tax (ISR) on salaries and wages, as well as the Tax on Expenditures. \- Payroll vs. accounting reconciliation. \- Support in preparing working papers (ISR / VAT). \- Fiscal, labor, and REPSE compliance documentation control. \- Handling IMSS and INFONAVIT requirements. **Profile We Are Seeking:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. \- 3 years of experience in payroll departments managing headcounts of 100–200 employees. \- Experience with Nomilinea (preferred). \- Proficiency with SAT, SUA, IDSE, SISUB, ICSOE, and SI VALE platforms. \- Solid knowledge of payroll-related income tax (ISR). \- Intermediate Excel skills. **What Do We Offer?** Base salary.
