Promote talent's professional development **Connecta Partners is seeking a Junior Talent Agent in La Condesa – Cuauhtémoc, Ciudad de México** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Junior Talent Agent** Condesa, CDMX | 100% In-person | Full-time An agency specializing in influencer marketing and talent representation is seeking a Junior Talent Agent. **Job Objective** Strategically manage and support assigned talent, ensuring proper campaign execution with brands, delivery of agreed deliverables, and talent’s professional development within the agency. **Main Responsibilities** * Talent Management * Operational Management * Negotiation and Commercial Activities * Analysis and Reporting * Preparation of performance reports. * Analysis of campaign metrics and KPIs. * Identification of trends in the digital industry. * Proposals for improvement in future collaborations. * Scriptwriting **Required Profile** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field. * Experience: 1 year at an influencer marketing agency or talent representation agency. * Experience managing simultaneous campaigns. * Experience negotiating with brands (preferred). **Key Competencies:** * Assertive communication * Impeccable organization * Negotiation skills * Proactivity and strategic thinking * High tolerance for pressure **We Offer** * Base salary: $18,000 MXN monthly * Commission per event * Career development within the agency * In-person work in Condesa (a strategic and creative area) **Desired Education Level:** Higher education – incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Marketing / PR / Communications **Industry:** Writing and Editing *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69b986913800003500a5a830&source=indeed
