In our retail operation, we seek a Junior Data Analyst to enhance operational efficiency through analysis, automation, and control of key information in the retail business. What will be your mission? You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of operational databases, transforming information into useful reports for business decision-making. 2 Technical Knowledge Dynamic tables Intermediate Excel VLOOKUP / INDEX and MATCH Logical functions (IF, AND, OR) Data cleaning and validation 2 Basic SQL Knowledge of: SELECT FROM WHERE Reading and interpretation of queries. 2 Desirable Basic knowledge of Power BI. Handling large volumes of information. Technical Skills Loading, cleaning, and validating databases. Cross-referencing and analyzing information from multiple sources. Generating reports and dashboards in Excel. Identifying inconsistencies and anomalies in operational data. Executing and reading basic SQL queries. Tracking incidents and communicating with internal departments. Automation and Optimization Creating work templates (layout, template). Generating and automating reports. Optimizing data processing and information delivery times. What are we looking for? · Bachelor's degree (in progress, completed, or certified) in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, or related fields. 0–1 year of experience (professional internships accepted if they involved direct handling of databases). Results-oriented mindset Executive communication skills Intermediate to advanced Excel (dynamic tables, formulas, Power Query; macros desirable). Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Experience in call centers, MIS, or related areas. Salary: $13,000–$14,000 MXN plus statutory benefits. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Work location: Tenayuca 152, Letran Valle, Benito Juarez, 03650 Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico.
