




Job Summary: We are seeking a social media professional with experience in content creation, community management, and analytics for an innovative and collaborative company. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, among others. Experience with scheduling and monitoring tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Metricool. Basic knowledge of paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Looker Studio. Excellent spelling, writing, and storytelling skills. Ability to manage crises and communicate assertively. Responsibilities: Creation and planning of weekly and monthly social media content. Writing creative, conversion-oriented copy with strong spelling and a focus on storytelling. Scheduling posts using tools such as Meta Business Suite or Metricool. Daily interaction with the digital community: responding to direct messages, comments, mentions, and reviews on social media. Management of social profiles, including updating bios, links, business hours, and featured highlights. Support for social media advertising campaigns, including tracking Meta Ads campaigns, among others. Reviewing and selecting images or videos for publication. Preparation of monthly performance reports with key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, leads). Identification and proposal of viral trends and new formats (Reels, challenges, Lives, collaborations). Detection and management of potential reputational crises, addressing negative comments and reporting incidents. Collaboration with designers, analysts, and brand coordinators to ensure consistency and execution of campaigns and/or content. Maintenance of each client’s tone and style guide to ensure communication uniformity. Review of competitors’ campaigns and initiatives for benchmarking and continuous improvement.
