We are seeking a Brand Commercial Manager **Purpose of the Position** We seek a strategic, results-oriented leader to head the Commercial Management of our brands; the ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning the company’s global strategies with sales objectives, comprehensively managing the commercial team’s operations and distributor relationships. Key Responsibilities: * **Strategy and Execution:** Align corporate objectives with sales team performance to ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets. * **Team Leadership:** Manage, train, and develop high-performing sales teams. * **Data Analysis:** Prepare detailed reports and analyze **KPIs** to support strategic decision-making. * **Financial Control:** Optimize and monitor commercial budgets to maximize return on investment. * **Commercial Relationships:** Maintain and strengthen robust relationships with distributors and strategic partners. * **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Work closely with Marketing, Administration, Finance, and Operations to ensure end-customer satisfaction. Requirements: **1\. Education and Experience:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** in the automotive, motorcycle, or auto parts industry, managing wholesale distribution channels. * **Commercial Expertise:** Proficiency in sales pipeline management, handling objections, closing deals, and strategic planning. **2\. Skills and Leadership:** * Inspirational leadership with conflict resolution capability. * Effective communication and strategic vision. * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** and data analysis skills. * Experience in project management and delivering high-level executive presentations. **3\.
