




Job Summary: We are seeking a condominium administration professional to serve as a liaison among co-owners, ensure harmonious coexistence and smooth community operations, and manage finances and maintenance. Knowledge of Vivook, Casandra, or Comunidad Feliz We seek personnel with experience in condominium administration — a professional who acts as a liaison among co-owners, ensuring harmonious coexistence and proper community functioning. Primary responsibilities include financial management, maintenance of common areas, conflict resolution, and enforcement of condominium regulations. Main Responsibilities: Such as collection of maintenance fees and other charges. Management of reserve funds. Attendance at meetings and assemblies. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Personnel management: Handling complaints and emergencies. Imposing sanctions for regulation violations. Administration of common areas: Calling ordinary and extraordinary assemblies. Ensuring compliance with the Condominium Property Law and internal regulations. Keeping residents informed about relevant matters. Responding to their inquiries. Knowledge of Vivook, Casandra, or Comunidad Feliz Good diction and communication skills Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 or 11:00–20:00, with one hour for lunch Saturdays or Sundays, 09:00–13:00, with rotating weekend rest days.
