Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience in providing in-person and remote user support, as well as system maintenance and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!! Join our team as a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER. WE OFFER:  Monthly salary of $12,000 MXN.  Statutory benefits.  Subsidized cafeteria at 50%. REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Technologies, or related field. (NOT CURRENT STUDENTS).  Knowledge of in-person and remote first-level technical support.  Microsoft 365 Office environment.  Knowledge of VPN.  Preferably prior experience using ticketing systems.  Strong interest in technical support.  Professional appearance.  No visible tattoos. SKILLS:  Service-oriented attitude.  Teamwork.  Ability to work under pressure.  Extroverted personality.  Active listening.  Assertive communication. RESPONSIBILITIES:  Providing first-level technical support—remotely or in person—to users located in CDMX, other Mexican states, and Latin America (SLATAM).  Documenting incidents and actions in the system.  Performing preventive and corrective maintenance. WORK LOCATION:  Torre Mayor, CDMX.  Rotating schedule between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday shift per month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM), on a rotating basis.
