We are leaders in specialized IT service solutions About the Position: Technical Support Engineer Main Responsibilities Documenting cases and internal/external knowledge bases. Performing corrective and preventive software and hardware maintenance. Backing up user data stored on their work devices. Configuring and installing LAN networks. Operating required computer systems and devices. Assisting in logging and tracking technical support requests and equipment maintenance. Providing direct and remote user support via Help Desk. Tracking incidents and requests until full resolution. Basic cybersecurity knowledge (prevention, types of attacks, effective risk response, and disaster recovery). Directly supporting Junior Engineers in support and engineering tasks. Reporting and presenting results. Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. Technical skills in assembling, diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, upgrading, installing, and configuring software, computers, and peripheral devices. Support for end-user devices and users.
