Our global expertise and multidisciplinary capabilities cover all aspects of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Construction Management, and more. **Position Description** Ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery of scopes defined by the leader; review and develop engineering documents; comply with quality standards, policies, and procedures; and maintain interdisciplinary and project management communication. **Essential Functions** * Ensure technical quality of designs executed directly, guaranteeing compliance with applicable codes and standards. * Perform assigned tasks within scheduled timelines, optimizing organizational resources and minimizing rework during design development. * Contribute to personal, organizational, and procedural continuous improvement at all levels by applying experience to review, supplement, and update technical and quality procedures applicable to the area of expertise. * Responsibilities, Functions, and Authority in HSEQ. Requirements: **Qualifications** * Over 10 years of experience participating in engineering projects within the candidate’s specialty. * Technical proficiency in process engineering development, applicable codes and standards. * Proficiency in terms such as SPI, CPI, Efficiency, PLB, WBS, etc. * Proficiency in software including Hysys, Flaresim, AutoCAD Plant 3D. * Desired: Advanced English language proficiency (B2 level). * Willingness to travel. **Education** * Graduate in Industrial Chemical Engineering / Chemical Engineering (or related field). **Competencies** * Business Knowledge: Essential in Engineering and Supervision roles within Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, and Infrastructure sector companies. * Results-oriented. * Customer-oriented
