We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our workforce. What will you do in this role? Support in general facility maintenance Tasks include: + Electrical work + Plumbing work + General repairs Teamwork Requirements Education: High school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete engineering degree (related to maintenance) Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in general maintenance Responsible and punctual Flexible availability Desirable experience in: Shopping malls Corporate buildings Department stores Key Skills Teamwork Responsibility Sense of urgency Frustration tolerance Learning attitude We Offer Monthly net salary of $15,500 (weekly payments every Friday, with a one-week delay) Statutory benefits: IMSS Infonavit Year-end bonus (15 days) Vacation (12 days in the first year) Vacation premium (25%) Additional benefits: Funeral expense assistance Savings fund (optional) Free uniforms Discount card (PIN) Schedule (rotating weekly) One week: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM; the following week: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
