**JOB OBJECTIVE** Plan, schedule, and control preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for equipment and facilities at the mining unit, ensuring asset availability, reliability, and efficiency while optimizing resources, costs, and execution timelines, in compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mining, or related Engineering degree (graduated or intern). **Experience:** * Minimum 3 to 5 years in maintenance planning within mining and heavy machinery operations. **Technical Knowledge:** * Maintenance planning and scheduling. * Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Mining equipment: CAT, SANDVIK, EPIROC. * Proficiency in SIS CAT and ET systems. * Maintenance KPIs. * WILLINGNESS TO WORK ON MINING PROJECTS. * WORK SHIFT: 20 DAYS ON / 10 DAYS OFF. **Skills:** * Analytical and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset. * Teamwork.
