Job Summary: We are seeking an Air Conditioning Assistant for maintenance crews, responsible for identifying maintenance needs and performing routine inspections on climate control systems. Key Highlights: 1. Essential experience in mini-split installation and repair 2. Knowledge of Fan and Coil, Mini-split, Chiller, and refrigerants 3. Mobility with the maintenance crew Air Conditioning Assistant for maintenance crews Location: Benito Juárez, near Hospital 20 de Noviembre metro station Morning shift: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 1 PM Salary: $11,800 monthly net Weekly payments of $2,753 every Friday, with a one-week delay Statutory benefits: INFONAVIT, IMSS, 15-day Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, 12 days of annual vacation, funeral expense assistance, savings fund (optional), free uniforms, discount cards (PIN) REQUIREMENTS: Education: Preferably a technical degree in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or related field. Experience: Minimum 1 year of essential experience in mini-split installation and repair, and tool handling Knowledge of Fan and Coil, Mini-split, Chiller, and refrigerants R22, R410A RESPONSIBILITIES Identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs for systems and equipment. Perform routine and scheduled inspections and checks on components of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
