Lease strategy development POSITION: Leasing Analyst / Real Estate Development Position Objective: A major women's apparel and accessories corporation seeks a Leasing Analyst to review and analyze lease agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, among other responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting and/or reviewing lease agreements * Negotiating rent increases * Invoice recovery * Communication with landlords * Serving as the primary contact point between the corporate entity and landlords REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 20\-30 years old * Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration (internship status acceptable; degree completion not mandatory). * Gender: No preference * Experience: 6 months to 1 year WE OFFER: * Salary: MXN 13,856 (gross) per month * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Location: * Pasaje Interlomas, Huixquilucan Immediate hiring if you meet the profile Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: Up to MXN 13,856\.70 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours Workplace: On-site employment
