**REAL ESTATE APPRAISER**
**Job Objective:**
Conduct physical property inspections and collect necessary technical, photographic, and documentary information for preparing real estate appraisals, ensuring accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with established processes.
**Job Requirements**
* Technical degree or related field such as architecture, civil engineering, appraisal, or similar.
* Incomplete degree in architecture, civil engineering, or similar.
* 70–80% field activity and 20–30% administrative work.
* Experience working autonomously in the field.
* Availability to travel within assigned zones.
* Availability for business travel.
**Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience** in a similar role within the real estate sector:
* Fieldwork.
* Home visits.
* Specialized courier services.
* Inspections or surveys.
**Technical Competencies**
* Basic knowledge of construction characteristics.
* Basic–intermediate Excel proficiency for reporting.
* Familiarity with geolocation, route planning, or data capture apps.
* Ability to take clear, technically appropriate photographs.
* Preparation of simple sketches (desirable).
**Main Responsibilities**
* Conduct on-site property inspections for appraisal purposes.
* Measure structures, spaces, and surface areas per guidelines.
* Take complete, clear photographs of the property and its surroundings.
* Record relevant property features: age, condition, finish types, materials, adjacent properties, surroundings, utilities, accessibility, etc.
* Prepare descriptive property reports in Excel, with accurate and well-organized information.
* Prepare simple sketches when required (desirable).
* Deliver physical documents to clients, appraisers, or internal departments (courier-type function).
* Schedule visits and enter information into calendars or internal platforms.
* Answer calls, respond to messages, and perform basic administrative follow-up.
* Support the team with any related tasks involved in the appraisal process.
* Maintain effective and professional communication with clients, property owners, and internal teams.
* Ensure integrity and confidentiality of collected information.
