Position Summary: Lease Analyst responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating lease agreements, managing relationships with landlords, and recovering invoices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of communication between corporate and landlords POSITION: Lease Analyst / Real Estate Leasing & Development Position Objective: A major women’s apparel and accessories corporate group is seeking a Lease Analyst to review and analyze lease agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, among other duties. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting and/or reviewing lease agreements * Negotiating rent increases * Recovering invoices * Liaising with landlords * Managing communication between corporate and landlords REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 20–30 years * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business Administration (internship status accepted; degree completion not mandatory) * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience: 6 months to 1 year WE OFFER * Salary: MXN 13,856 (gross) per month * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Location * Pasaje Interlomas, Huixquilucan Immediate hiring if you meet the profile Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to MXN 13,856.70 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours Workplace: On-site employment
