Job Summary: Analyst responsible for reviewing and analyzing lease agreements, negotiating rent increases, and managing communication with landlords. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of landlord relationships POSITION: Lease Analyst / Real Estate Leasing Position Objective: A major corporate women's apparel and accessories company seeks a Lease Analyst to review and analyze lease agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, among other duties. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drafting and/or reviewing lease agreements * Negotiating rent increases * Invoice recovery * Landlord liaison * Serving as the point of contact between corporate headquarters and landlords REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 20\-30 years old * Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration (internship status acceptable; degree completion not mandatory). * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience: 6 months to 1 year WE OFFER * Salary: MXN 13,856 (gross) per month * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Work Location * Pasaje Interlomas, Huixquilucan Immediate hiring if you meet the profile Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to MXN 13,856\.70 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours Work Location: On-site employment
