Support in audits and development of training materials **Training Analyst** **Function** * Design, coordinate, and track training programs for operational and technical staff, ensuring correct course delivery, documentation control of physical and digital evidence, and compliance with applicable internal and regulatory guidelines. **Responsibilities** * Develop and organize training calendars in collaboration with various departments. * Maintain attendance lists, assessments, certificates, and training forms. * Track compliance with mandatory training by position. * Prepare training reports (hours, attendees, topics, compliance). * Support internal and external audits related to training. * Assist in developing training manuals, procedures, and forms. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Weekend on-call duty * **Work schedule and hours subject to change based on operational requirements** **Benefits and Salary** * Statutory benefits and additional benefits effective from day one * Gross salary: $19,000 monthly / Bi-weekly payments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
