Ensuring operational continuity and comfort DUE TO GROWTH, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NIGHT SHIFT CANDIDATE CAPABLE OF MAINTAINING OUR CLIENTS’ FACILITIES IN OPTIMAL CONDITION, ENSURING OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY AND COMFORT. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \-Conduct daily inspection rounds \-Address reported issues or assigned pending tasks \-Inspect and maintain electrical panels \-Maintain HVAC systems and boilers \-Inspect and maintain hydraulic and hydrosanitary installations \-Plumbing, carpentry, painting, and finishing work **Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM** **Weekends: Rotating days off** **Salary: $11,500 net per month** **Starting from the 4th month: $12,000 net per month** **Start date: April 15** Growth opportunity Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $11,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
