We work with Mexico’s leading glass manufacturers, delivering quality and precision in every one of our processes. **Job Objective** Perform **flat surface grinding operations** on metallic components and molds, ensuring required **finishes, flatness, and tolerances** for mold manufacturing in the glass industry. **Responsibilities** * Operate **surface grinding machines** (manual and/or automatic). * Grind plates, components, and mold parts. * Mount and secure parts on a **magnetic chuck table**. * Adjust feed rates, depths, and grinding parameters. * Conduct dimensional verification using measuring instruments. * Basic interpretation of mechanical drawings. * Compliance with **industrial safety and quality standards**. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements** * Prior experience as a **grinder**. * Knowledge of **flat grinding of metallic parts**. * Proficiency in using **calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators**. * Experience in metal-mechanical industrial environments. * Attention to detail and focus on precision. * Responsible, punctual, and committed to safety. **We Offer** * **Monthly salary of 15,000 pesos (free of deductions) ($500 pesos per day)**. * **Work schedule from Monday to Friday** (weekend days off). * **Statutory benefits**. * Job stability. * Safe industrial work environment. * Opportunities for advancement based on performance.
